For residents eager to dive deep into the workings of law enforcement, the Wright County Sheriff’s Office has something special in store. Come fall, a series of educational sessions dubbed the Citizen Law Enforcement Academy will make its way into the community’s calendar, spanning five weeks from Sept. 11 to Oct. 9, with gatherings every Wednesday night. Interested folks can make their way to the Wright County Law Enforcement Center from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., as detailed by Wright County Minnesota.
The academy is opening its doors to any person aged 18 or over, firing up the spirit of inclusivity in imparting insights about the interplay between law forces and the legal system. According to a Wright County announcement, the sessions welcome a diverse scope, from business bigwigs to political pundits and local influentials. And the best part, it comes at no cost to participants.
