More than just your typical steakhouse, the Towson steakhouse features an outdoor patio and offers a seasonal Market Table, dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging, a lively indoor Bar Fogo area perfect for all-day happy hour, and private dining spaces, the amenities serving as a testament to the brand's investment in ambiance as much as in cuisine, as detailed by The Baltimore Sun.
In alignment with its commitment to the community, the steakhouse is not only a temple for meat lovers but has also taken strides towards local philanthropy, deciding in its first week to donate a section of sales to the Maryland Food Bank, moreover, the establishment has become a considerable employer in the region with a team of 120 individuals already and seeks to expand its workforce by another 20 to 25 positions, employees at the locale enjoy the perks of complimentary meals, which is surely a bonus.
The arrival of Fogo de Chão has stirred attention amongst Towson residents, including young Miracle Whye who visited with her mother and grandmother to celebrate the commencement of sixth grade, as per WMAR-2 News, stating, “If you really love seafood, this is the place to go,” and “I like it here, so I recommend you all coming here. Hopefully you do.” The location at 825 Dulaney Valley Road marks the fourth Fogo de Chão establishment in Maryland, showing a growing appetite for Brazilian-style dining in the region.
