The intrusion escalated when the suspect, described as a 30-year-old male, allegedly disturbed one victim by waking her with physical shaking and proceeded to commit a lewd act over her, as relayed in the victims' report, although no physical sexual contact occurred, the nature of the incident was enough to provoke significant distress, causing the victim to seek sanctuary with her roommates.

Upon encountering the suspect, one of the victims demanded he vacate the premises - however, the suspect countered with a threatening gesture and compelled the victims to hide in a bedroom it was during this tense standoff that the suspect indulged in consumables from the victims’ refrigerator and took liberties with their living space, including using the restroom, smoking on the back patio, and eventually succumbing to sleep in one of their beds.

The ordeal ended when the intruder fell asleep, which allowed the victims to contact the police; officers from Bellevue Police Department arrived promptly, arresting the suspect without further incident, and he was subsequently detained at the King County Jail, affirmed by the Bellevue Beat Blog.
