The incident, which occurred last Saturday evening, unfolded in the 3200 block of Persimmon Road, as disclosed by the Dallas Police Department. Responding officers discovered Hicks wounded in a vehicle after receiving a shooting call on Highland Hills Drive around 8:20 PM.
