An update provided at 09:05 AM described a successful extrication of an adult male whose legs were trapped in the rolled vehicle. According to the information from the LAFD update, this person is currently in at least serious condition and was transported to a local hospital for medical attention. Moreover, a 19-year-old female patient, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries, was also transported to the hospital.

The Los Angeles Police Department is handling the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision. All questions related to the incident and inquiries about the ongoing investigation are being directed to LAPD's Mission Division.

The response to the incident included a significant deployment of LAFD resources, such as Battalion 12, Emergency Medical Services, Fire Rescue, and Urban Search and Rescue units amongst others. Council District 7, where the accident occurred, saw firefighters from stations including FS 91 engaging in the rescue operation.
