Another burglary at Fairfax's Splitrock Tap and Wheel resulted in three individuals' arrest following a swift response from local police. The Fairfax Police Department was alerted of a burglar alarm at the premises last Saturday, shortly before the break of dawn.
Upon arrival, officers noted an open door and clear signs of forced entry. Two missing high-end bicycles were quickly discovered but not left to linger in the hands of thieves for long. A brief foot chase ensued, leading to the detainment of three suspects. Through determined police work, these individuals were soon connected to actively participating in the burglary.
Diego Gomez-Lopez, Efrain Hernandez-Gonzalez, and Elder Santay-Vasquez, all San Rafael residents, were identified and arrested. They now face multiple charges. Their alleged crimes include burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime, and resisting arrest, among others. The Fairfax Police continue to thoroughly investigate to potentially connect the suspects to the prior burglary of Splitrock Tap and Wheel.
