
A dispute over a parking space in Turtle Creek escalated into violence when a man was stabbed on Monday afternoon. Allegheny County police stated that the altercation occurred around 4:15 p.m. on Seneca Street, as reported by WPXI.
The emergency services arrived promptly to find a man with stab wounds. He was swiftly transported to a local hospital, where he remains in stable condition. The confrontation reportedly started over a parking slot between the victim, a resident of the area, and contractors working nearby. According to information by CBS News Pittsburgh, shots were fired at the contractors as they left the scene.
The contractors involved in the altercation have since gone to the Turtle Creek Police Department and are cooperating with authorities, police informed. The nature of the argument that led to the stabbing is still under investigation by the Allegheny County police.
