The authorities are turning to the public for help tracking down suspects and vehicles involved in a recent burglary in Northwest D.C. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, in the late hours of Monday, a business in the 1400 block of Wisconsin Avenue, Northwest, fell victim to forced entry and property theft, with suspects subsequently fleeing in two distinct vehicles.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:33 p.m., when suspects entered a business, breached the pharmacy area, and absconded with goods. The getaway vehicles are described as silver four-door SUVs and green pickup trucks bearing unknown tags. Attempts to identify the suspects are ongoing, and three individuals and their vehicles were caught on surveillance footage, which has been released to the public.
Images and a video of the suspects have been disseminated in hopes that citizens might recognize them and come forward with information. The MPD encourages anyone who may know these individuals, the vehicles in question, or any details about the incident to reach out. Potential witnesses are instructed not to approach the suspects but to contact the police directly.
