The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking help from the community in locating Talib T. Phillips, a 22-year-old man reported missing from the 14th District. According to a recent bulletin, Phillips was last seen on the morning of Sunday at around 6:45 a.m. in the vicinity of the 5500 block of Blakemore Street.
Described as approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, Phillips has a medium build and medium brown complexion, with brown eyes and black hair, his appearance the last time he was seen was marked by a white shirt and grey sweatpants but notably, he was not wearing any shoes at the time which raises additional concerns about his current state and well-being. The police have classified Phillips as an endangered missing person and are urging anyone with information to step forward to assist in the search.
