Miller is described as being approximately 5'6" tall, and weighing 130 lbs. He was last observed wearing a white tee shirt, and black Adidas track pants, and is known to regularly use a Rollator Walker for mobility. The Philadelphia Police have classified him as an endangered person due to these circumstances. The community is asked to actively look out for Miller and to provide any potentially beneficial information that could help to safely locate him.
Authorities are urging anyone who has seen Miller or has information regarding his current whereabouts to immediately contact the South Detectives Division. The potential urgency of Miller's situation is underscored by the police, who emphasize the importance of quick action from both the public and law enforcement in resolving missing persons cases, particularly those involving vulnerable individuals.
