The 17-year-old is described as standing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. According to the Philadelphia Police Department's blotter, Jaden was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black pants.
Authorities are urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jaden to get in touch with the East Detectives Division.
