Fort Worth has stepped up its game by bringing a new leader to oversee its 911 communications. According to an announcement by the City of Fort Worth, Aubry Insco will now serve as the 911 Communications Administrator, bringing her 25-plus years of riding the emergency communications rodeo into a fresh arena. With a solid track record from the City of Grand Prairie, she's been handpicked to steer Fort Worth's 911 services toward greater responsiveness and efficiency.
Insco's experience runs deep, having held the hats of both an operations manager and a policy shaper. At Grand Prairie, she took the helm of an emergency communications team, where her leadership was critical to injecting new tech and strategies into the system.
"We are excited to welcome Aubry as the first 911 communications administrator," Valerie Washington, Assistant City Manager, stated, as detailed by the City of Fort Worth. Washington praised Insco's anticipated role in evolving the city's Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system and streamlining communication strategies. With Insco at the helm, Washington emphasized that Fort Worth's commitment to high-caliber customer service and the build-out of a reliable 911 system remains steadfast.
