Driving his pickup truck, which spun out of control after being struck, the 57-year-old man declined medical attention at the crash scene, the same crash that caused two people to be airlifted with life-threatening injuries.
Following the collision, both the 54-year-old and the 20-year-old were pinned in their vehicles, necessitating rescue by fire and emergency teams.
