The Nevada Gaming Control Board has revealed a spike in gaming revenue for Downtown Las Vegas this September. According to reports by News3LV and FOX 5 Vegas, with the figures reaching a total of $1,312,902,449, there's a marked year-over-year increase of 3.34%. However, it wasn't all high-rolling across the state, as the current fiscal year logged a 2.59% decrease in revenue last month.

A closer look at the gaming landscape reveals contrasting trends: Downtown Las Vegas experienced a 33% revenue increase, significantly outpacing the Strip, which saw nearly a 2% decline, according to FOX 5 Vegas. Meanwhile, the Boulder Strip also thrived, enjoying a 19% revenue boost.

The north also had its fair share of good fortune, as Reno reported a robust 12% increase in its gaming revenue. In stark contrast, fortunes were flipped for North and South Lake Tahoe, which saw their revenues decrease by 14.80% and 18.84%, respectively.

Nevada's finances received a boost with $99,428,847 in fees collected from September's gaming revenues, marking a 32.37% increase from last year. The Gaming Control Board is likely pleased with these figures, especially following a summer that saw declines in July and August.
