Members of the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) recently marked their presence at the 2024 Texas Public Safety Fall Symposium hosted in Bryan, TX. This annual event, designed to bolster the skills and knowledge of public safety professionals, saw participation from a variety of law enforcement personnel, including ECSO Communications Center Supervisors. According to the Ellis County Sheriff's Office Facebook post, Debra Murray, Kristie Brewer, Amy Zapata, Haley Watkins, and Jennifer Click attended the symposium's Executive Leadership Session to enhance leadership skills.
During the training, the supervisors tapped into sessions aimed at executive leadership, an effort to refine their command abilities and improve the efficacy of the sheriff’s office. Acknowledging their commitment, Sheriff Brad Norman extended gratitude to his team for their dedication. "I want to thank each one for the awesome job they do," he said, as per the Ellis County Sheriff's Office.
