The Flagstaff Police Department is currently investigating the suspicious death of a woman, identified as 38-year-old Sandy Singer from Tonalea after her body was discovered inside a vehicle earlier this week. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, the police responded to reports on Tuesday of a man placing an unresponsive woman into a vehicle on Beulah Boulevard, near Interstate 17, at around 3 p.m.

Following up on these reports, officers were able to locate the vehicle close to Route 66 and Butler Avenue. Despite efforts to revive her, Singer was pronounced dead at the scene. The Flagstaff Police Department has been actively working on the case, "Investigators have executed multiple search warrants, processed evidence, and conducted numerous interviews as part of this active and ongoing investigation," the department stated. However, no arrests have been made,, and the circumstances surrounding her death remain unclear.

Adding to the account, The Arizona Daily Sun reports that the confrontation with the suspect happened at a motel located at 501 S. Milton Road. It was at this location that the authorities intervened and located Singer in the vehicle.
