In a coordinated effort by the department, Special Investigations Unit Detectives executed a search warrant in the 1100 block of Blue Ravine Road where Matthew Harris, 30, of Folsom, was arrested and taken into custody, subsequently he was booked at the Sacramento County Main Jail facing numerous charges including multiple counts of theft, burglary, and vandalism.
