This agency, vital for the management of water resources in Jackson County, is responsible for ensuring the community has access to well-maintained water storage along with the preservation and distribution of the county's river water.
Churan who hails from Palacios, holds an industry position as a field service supervisor at HOLT CAT, he is also the president of the Palacios Youth Football League and oversees the Jackson County Emergency Services District #2.
