
Hawai'i Island authorities are seeking the public's help to find Serenity Cordero, a 16-year-old girl reported missing since Friday, October 25, 2024. According to the HPD media release, Cordero was last seen around the Hawaiian Paradise Park area on 22nd Avenue in Keaau at approximately 10:00 p.m.
The police have provided a description of the missing teenager as a local female who stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, with a fair complexion, medium build, long brown hair, and brown eyes. On the night of her disappearance, she was wearing a black hoodie and long pants, as stated in the HPD release.
As communities across the island bolster efforts to locate Cordero, the police have encouraged anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward. The HPD's non-emergency line is open for tips at 808-935-3311. The call to action for public assistance echoes the urgency of finding Cordero, who has now been missing for several days.
