Groschen faces charges of open murder with a deadly weapon and child abuse, along with a weapon enhancement, according to an arrest report from FOX5 Vegas.
Upon arrival at the scene on Black Rock Hills Drive, Groschen greeted the police officers with his young son, holding prescription bottles, two cell phones, and a drink, and stated, "I thought they were trying to kill me."
