
A bank robbery in Napa this morning ended quickly when police arrived at the scene within two minutes. Instead of fleeing, the 33-year-old suspect was found calmly waiting outside the Wells Fargo bank on Main Street, according to the Napa Police Department.
Donte Kevin Carrillo was arrested in Napa after robbing a bank and walking away with over $3,000 in cash. He handed the teller a note demanding money, but no weapon was used, and no one was hurt. Police quickly responded to the 9:15 a.m. call, and bank security confirmed the robbery. Carrillo was arrested without resisting and was charged with robbery, giving false ID to police, and violating probation.
He was booked into Napa County jail shortly after. Thanks to the fast police response, the situation was handled calmly, and justice was served.
