Orlando's downtown scene is set to welcome a new culinary landmark in late 2025, as developer James Ekbatani gears up to introduce the Eola Food Hall. According to WFTV, the 15,000-square-foot space will be housed within the first two floors of a four-story building that once served as the home for the University Club of Orlando. Plans suggest that this palatable project, which will unveil a range of diverse cuisines, aims to address the city's high demand for food and beverage options as highlighted in a 2020 city survey.

In a venture to breathe new life into the spot at 150 E. Central Blvd., Lincoln Property Company has confirmed its collaboration with Ekbatani. The transformed corner will not only foster a haven for local food enthusiasts but also aim to promote a hub for communal interaction. As noted by Lincoln Property Company's announcement, Ekbatani believes that the Eola Food Hall will elevate the local business landscape, bringing together residents and members of the business community through a shared appreciation for the Orlando neighborhood's unique culinary scene.

Slated for completion at the end of the year, the dual-level food hall will play host to approximately ten vendors, selected from a variety of local chefs and entrepreneurs as revealed by Shayna Hansen, Director at Lincoln Property Company. Hansen also shared that the vendors are anticipated to enjoy high visibility and patronage courtesy of the locale's pre-existing foot traffic.

Beyond the food hall, an exquisite third-floor event space dubbed the Eola View opened last year, providing an exceptional setting for parties and events. "Their private groups will now have the option to work directly with Eola Food Hall vendors," Hansen explained, as per Lincoln Property Company. Future visitors can expect not only a gastronomic experience but also a visual treat with sweeping views of Lake Eola and the adjacent Lake Eola Park extension.
