Last seeing him, he was described as 5'6" in height, weighing about 140 lbs., with brown eyes. Wearing a black hooded shirt, blue jeans, and green/beige sneakers, his appearance was noted for the last time he was seen. The authorities have underscored the urgency of finding Padua due to his status as endangered, though the specifics of the risk he faces were not detailed in the communication.
