Per the report, the child was placed in the care of his father as mandated by a shared custody order, yet the elder Childs has failed to return the child subsequently, causing considerable alarm for the juvenile's safety, Stephen Childs III stands 3 feet tall and weighs approximately 50 pounds, with brown eyes and hair, his father Stephen at 49 years of age might be driving a red 2007 Suzuki bearing the Pennsylvania license plate JKF-2510, this remains an active line of inquiry.
