The 14-year-old Harrell was last seen at approximately 11:20 PM last Saturday in the 3000 block of W Susquehanna Ave. According to the Philadelphia Police Department, she is known to visit areas near W Hunting Park Ave and W Allegheny Ave, a detail that suggests familiarity with the neighborhood.
Harrell is described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds, and having distinct long black and red braids. In the pursuit of accuracy, the Philadelphia Police Department provided a description of her attire: a tan "Tom and Jerry" sweatshirt complemented by black pants and silver New Balance sneakers.
