Standing at 5 feet tall and weighing around 130 pounds, Ciani has brown eyes, a medium build, and a light brown complexion. According to the Philadelphia Police Department, she was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, a black hoodie, and black/white sneakers.
With limited information on her whereabouts, time is critical when a child goes missing in the city. Police are searching the 35th District and urging citizens to remain alert for any signs. Officers from the Northwest Detectives Division are leading the investigation.
