The specific hours to note are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., when detours will reroute traffic via Baltimore Pike, Manchester Avenue, and Wallingford Road. PECO's construction endeavor, causing the shutdown, is part of a wider effort to bolster utility resilience in the area and is scheduled to continue until December 2.
