Described as 4 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, Safier's appearance is further detailed by the clothing he was known to last wear: a red "Under Armour" hoodie, black sweatpants, and distinct black, red, and white Nike "Dunk" sneakers, as detailed by the Philadelphia Police Department. It is also noted Safier is known to frequent the area near Jasper Street and East Wishart Street.
