Little is alleged to have shot the victim during a confrontation that escalated to violence in the 100 block of South Conkling Street. Despite the chaotic nature of such events, the Warrant Apprehension Task Force could quickly and calmly arrest Little on the morning of November 11 without incident. He was found on the 2400 block of Mosher Street and has since been transferred to the Central Booking Intake Facility. Little now faces charges of attempted first-degree murder.
The initial shooting prompted an immediate response from officers, who were called to the hospital, where the victim was seeking treatment for multiple gunshot wounds. It was the Southeast District shooting detectives who took over the investigation, piecing together the events that led up to the violent interaction. According to the post, the situation before the shooting was fueled by an argument and physical altercation.
