This specialized course, known as ELI, was lauded for its interactive sessions and the involvement of Dr. Anthony Batts, who contributed his time and expertise to lead the training. According to the City of Denton Police Department, the program not only graduated 39 officers but also awarded the Trilogy award to 26 exemplary participants. These distinctions are a testament to the rigorous and comprehensive nature of the leadership development offered through the course.
Recognition of this achievement was shared across various law enforcement circles, with colleagues and community members congratulating the graduates on the successful completion of the course.
