According to a statement obtained by WBTV, the fire erupted around 10 a.m. yesterday at a residence located on the 3800 block of Cardinal Bluff Lane.
Efforts to subdue the flames lasted approximately 45 minutes, during which first responders facilitated the evacuation of the home's occupants. The Union County Sheriff’s Office informed WCNC that all residents, though requiring medical care, have been reported stable. Authorities are currently engaged in an investigation to determine the cause of the fire but have successfully contained it.
