A tragic eruption of violence at a Detroit block party has led to the apprehension and charging of four individuals. As reported by FOX 2 Detroit, the shooting, which occurred last Sunday, claimed the lives of two youths and inflicted injuries upon five others. Charged in the incident are Johnny Lee Marsh III, 25, Eladeo Javier-Antonio Garcia, 22, Alfonso Anaya, 18, all from Detroit, and Amber Renee-Sue McIntee, 21, of Lincoln Park.

According to Audacy, those slain in the shooting were a 15-year-old boy from Detroit and Gage Schmaltz, 19, from Southgate. Others injured include two 17-year-old boys, a 16-year-old boy, an 18-year-old woman, all from Pontiac, and another 18-year-old man from Detroit. Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced that the suspects opened fire from a vehicle amidst this large gathering that quickly devolved from festivity to chaos. This gathering was reportedly near Livernois and I-94, and law enforcement's immediate response led to a pursuit culminating in the accused's arrest.

Each suspect had their day in court for arraignment. According to WXYZ, Marsh, Garcia, and Anaya were remanded to jail. McIntee, on the other hand, received a $75,000 personal bond. The suspects were scheduled to return for a Probable Cause Hearing set for November 19, as they currently face the possibility of profound legal consequences for the events that transpired on that fateful November night.
