
At the recent National Summit on Education in Oklahoma City, Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Senator Adam Pugh, R-Edmond, discussed key issues in educational reform. The summit, held from Wednesday to Friday, brought together education leaders to explore strategies for nationwide transformation, according to the Oklahoma Senate.
Gov. Sanders, a reputed proponent for change in the education sector, delineated plans for fostering innovative, bendable academic routes, preparing for careers, and bolstering teacher authority. "It was an honor to welcome Governor Sanders at this year’s summit," Senator Pugh stated in the meeting documented by the Oklahoma Senate.
