According to 8 News Now, the collision took place shortly before 7 p.m. last night on Flamingo Road near Maryland Parkway, and the driver fled the scene without a word.
The injured individual was crossing the street when the accident happened, and, police have stated that their injuries are non-life-threatening. Emergency services promptly transported the victim to the hospital for treatment. Despite the seriousness of the situation, all lanes were closed for under an hour, reopening at around 7:50 p.m., News 3LV reported.
