She is described as being at risk due to a traumatic brain injury that may leave her appearing disoriented, impairing her awareness and cognitive abilities.

Avalos of the LAPD's Missing Persons Unit emphasized the urgency of the situation, asking anyone with information on Ragsdale's whereabouts to come forward, her condition adds a layer of concern because she might not be able to seek help herself or might be less aware of her surroundings.
