
The Riverside County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a homicide after a man was found dead in Coachella, California. The body of 31-year-old Zachary Sandoval Roberts was discovered on Tuesday, with obvious signs of trauma indicating his untimely death, as reported by the Riverside County Sheriff's Office. The authorities were called to the 83000 block of Avenue 51, around 12:30 p.m., where deputies from the Thermal Sheriff’s Station responded to the incident.
According to an official release by the Riverside County Sheriff's Office, the Central Homicide Unit took over the case, although no arrests have been made, and the investigation is in progress. The identity of Roberts was confirmed by Sergeant Alberto Loureiro's team, however, to preserve the integrity of their proceedings, no further details have been shared with the public as of now.
