According to police, two suspects approached the victim and without a moment's hesitation or a word of warning they opened fire, the assailants quickly fled the scene down East 128th Street, their steps vanishing into the city's heartbeat as authorities rushed to respond, and as of now, they remain at large. The victim, amidst the chaos and spattered crimson, managed to remain in his vehicle and tried to escape, yet he could only muster the strength to move a short distance from the site of the attack, as detailed by 1010 WINS.
In the aftermath, the wounded man was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem where he received treatment for his injuries, which included gunshot wounds to the leg, arm, and shoulder, and where he is currently reported to be in stable condition.
