The Milwaukee Panthers cruised to a 118-62 victory over the Lakeland Muskies on Monday. The win highlighted their depth and the immediate contributions of their transfer recruits. According to UWM Post, Jamichael Stillwell, a junior transfer, notched 18 points and 14 rebounds, making his NCAA debut a memorable one.
With a performance that included an impressive shooting display and dominant rebounding, Stillwell quickly emerged as a central figure in Milwaukee's victory. "I want to come out like a 'dawg,'" Stillwell told UWM Post. Other transfers, including point guard Themus Fulks and AJ McKee, also made significant contributions in their first outing for the Panthers. Fulks, a transfer from Louisiana-Lafayette, impressed with early scoring and assists. McKee, who had to wait 13 minutes to score his first bucket, did so while drawing a foul, demonstrating his ability to deliver in traffic.
Erik Pratt, an all-league selection, also contributed 14 points to the winning effort, as recorded by the Journal Sentinel. From the first tip to the final buzzer, the Panthers maintained a commanding control that seemed to consistently escalate through the contest.
Tim Ward of Lakeland led his team with 20 points and two blocks, as reported by FOX6 Now.
