The Montgomery County Department of Police is currently seeking the public’s help in the search for Frank Cohen III, a 15-year-old boy reported missing. According to the department's press release, Frank was last seen last Friday in the 15000 block of Broschart Road, Rockville.
Montgomery County police have provided a description of Frank is a young man, approximately 5'11" tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black dreadlocks and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and red/gray slippers.
