
The Philadelphia Police Department has issued an urgent plea to the public for information regarding Max Daly, a missing person considered to be at risk. Daly, who was last recorded to have been seen at Penn Hospital in the vicinity of 8th and Spruce streets, is described to be a 25-year-old male standing 6 feet tall and weighing about 190 pounds. Notable features include a goatee and a bandage on his finger, and he was last noted to be wearing a black t-shirt, black vest, coupled with green pants and green sneakers, as detailed by the PPD official website.
Authorities are treating the case with urgency. Central Detectives of the Philadelphia Police Department have extended an invitation to the public to come forward with any detail, regardless of how small it might seem, by contacting them at 215-686-3093 or instructing them to dial 911 for immediate response.
According to the official police blotter, the Philadelphia Police Department has not disclosed the reason for Daly's endangered status.
