30-year-old Tony Pham is described as standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds with a thin build; he has a light complexion, brown eyes, bald, and his disappearance has prompted the police to turn to residents for assistance in finding him, he was last noted to be driving a silver 2017 Honda Civic with Pennsylvania license plate number MKC-3486, as detailed by the Philadelphia Police Department.
