The Philadelphia Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the public in the case of a missing individual, Eleanor Ishtchenko. At 28 years of age, Eleanor was last seen by her mother leaving their residence situated on the unit block of Brighton First Road in New York City.
According to the Philadelphia Police Department, Eleanor, standing at 5'8" and weighing around 120 pounds, has been described with brown hair and brown eyes. When she disappeared she was dressed in a black coat paired with black pants, and her suspected trajectory was leading towards Kensington Avenue and Allegheny Avenue in Philadelphia.
