
The Philadelphia Police Department is actively seeking the public's help to locate Caleb Royal, a 91-year-old man reported missing from the 17th District. According to the official police bulletin, Royal was last seen yesterday, around 4:30 p.m. near the 25XX block of Ellsworth Street.
Royal is described as standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 lbs. He has brown eyes, and black hair, and was last observed donning a gray Fedora hat, a beige jacket, blue pants, black-rimmed glasses, and black sneakers. It's noted that his regular haunts include a Dunkin Donuts at the intersection of 34th and Wharton Street, as well as the Fresher Grocer located at 2900 Grays Ferry Avenue, as detailed by PPD's official website.
