The weekend keeps the tranquil weather firmly in place, promising Denverites a sunny Saturday with highs near 60 degrees, followed by a mostly clear night with temperatures dipping gently to 32 degrees. Sunday maintains the mostly sunny forecast before introducing a slight weather hiccup, with chances of rain and snow appearing before 10 p.m., then transforming into a chance of snow as the night progresses and the low falls to around 26 degrees.
Changing weather gears, the early part of next week could see Denver residents reaching for their coats and snow shovels. NWS Denver signals a potential shift, with a chance of snow mainly before 11 a.m. on Monday and partly sunny skies, accompanied by a brisk high near 37 degrees. This next storm system is predicted to bring colder temperatures along with a better chance of snow to the forecast area Sunday night through Tuesday, with the best chances expected Monday, which could lead to slick travel conditions for Monday's morning commute, as noted in their Hazardous Weather Outlook.
