As noted by Charlotte County's official website, the sand drop-off sites at Englewood Beach in Chadwick Park, located at 2100 N. Beach Road, and the one at 1 N. Gulf Blvd. on Don Pedro/Knight Islands, which normally operate from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, but they will not open on Tuesday, Wednesday, Tuesday, December 31, and Wednesday, January 1 in observance of Christmas and New Year's.
Residents who might need to access these services outside of the established operational hours, are encouraged to plan accordingly to avoid any potential inconveniences.
