A Fontana man has been arrested following a police operation that uncovered child pornography on his computer. According to KTLA, 24-year-old Isaac Santoyo was taken into custody from his home in the 15600 block of Monica Court on Thursday after Fontana Police executed a search warrant.
"During the search warrant, Detectives seized multiple electronic devices," the Fontana Police Department stated on their social media. The investigation led to evidence indicative of the downloading, and distributing of child pornography. After the findings, Santoyo faced charges and was booked at the West Valley Detention Center. Jail records, which were later released, revealed that Santoyo had made bail, though he also confronts an additional charge for transmitting child pornography.
The details surrounding Santoyo's arrest came to light through a post on the City of Fontana Police Department's Facebook page, which encouraged community members with any related information to reach out to the Fontana Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
