A high-speed chase in Ventura County involving three suspects concluded with arrests on Monday. Officials reported that the incident, which began with a home invasion in an area of Oxnard known as Hollywood Beach, led to two separate pursuits by the Ventura County Sheriff's Department, as per KTLA.

After receiving a call in the early morning hours, deputies responded to the scene and identified 23-year-old Jordan Corrales, a known parolee from Oxnard, as he was driving away from the vicinity. Due to Corrales' dangerous driving, deputies had to terminate the initial chase for safety reasons, according to a news release by the Ventura County Sheriff's Office.

The search continued, and hours later, with the aid of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation's Adult Parole Unit, law enforcement located Corrales along with two other suspects, 19-year-old Alfonso Corrales and 24-year-old Michael Gomez, in Camarillo, as detailed by the Ventura County Sheriff's Office. The release stated that upon trying to stop the vehicle, the suspects led deputies on a second pursuit, this time heading to Oxnard.

Jordan Corrales has been booked on charges of evading, burglary, and parole violation, and is being held on a $500,000 bond, while Alfonso Corrales faces charges including prowling and possession of a concealed dagger, with a bond set at $25,000. Michael Gomez was booked on charges of resisting arrest and conspiracy to commit a crime, but has since posted a $40,000 bail and has been released, as reported by the Ventura County Sheriff's Office. Both Jordan and Alfonso are scheduled to appear in the Ventura County Superior Court today, December 18.
