Los Angeles firefighters efficiently managed a structure fire that occurred on December 29th within a residential triplex in the Green Meadows neighborhood. The Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) responded to the emergency at 9418 S Central Avenue after receiving a call at approximately 1:09 PM, as detailed by the LAFD alert. Upon arriving at the scene, firefighters discovered flames in one unit on the first floor of the two-story triplex.
In a coordinated effort to mitigate the situation, the LAFD proceeded in an offensive mode to combat the blaze. Assistance was also provided by a unit from the LA County Fire Department. According to the LAFD, the structure fire was successfully knocked down by 32 firefighters in 13 minutes.
