A Lancaster man is now facing a multitude of felony charges in connection with the alleged rape and assault of an unconscious woman who was later found dead in his home, local authorities report. He also faces charges for assaulting an unconscious person and the criminal attempt thereof.

Lancaster County Prison is currently holding Feliciano without bail, after Magisterial District Judge Andrew LeFever deemed him a potential flight risk. Details regarding the circumstances of the victim's death are still under investigation, and as noted by WGAL, officials are not releasing additional information at this juncture. A preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place on January 27, 2025.
