The victim, identified as Jeremiah Law of Fort Washington, MD, was found at the scene suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, but despite extensive efforts, he was pronounced dead.

Investigators believe the shooting occurred within a local establishment, and the MPD is actively working to piece together the circumstances leading to the tragedy. The suspect or suspects remain at large.
